How do multiple damage types work?

So if an attacks does multiple damage types (like fire and radiant) damage, how does that work against resistances and vulnerabilities?

OK, just to make it easy on me ;), let's say you have a Power which does Fire and Radiant Damage and it does a total of 20 points:

10 points are Fire Damage, if creature is Vulnerable to Fire you add Vulnerable Value to damage, if it is Resistant than you subtract the Resitance Value from this 10 points only.

The other 10 points are Radiant Damage, with all the above working out the same.

So if you had a Creature which had Fire Resist 10 and Radiant Vulnerable 5 it would take 15 points of Damage (0 Fire, 10 Radiant plus 5 for being vulnerable.)
