How do you Feint?

In the PHB it says a successful feint(Bluff check) allows an attack next round with no dex bonus to AC. What is the DC for this bluff check?

How do you Feint?

I usually look upward at a 45 dgree angle, put the back of my hand to my forehead and collapse bonelessly to the floor. Usually with an breathaly muttered outburst of "Oh Dear!"

Start holding your breathe.

I always though it was a standard bluff action.
