How do you organise the stuff from Dragon you want to use?

I used to tear the articles out and file them in folders. It was great to be able to rifle through the Monsters folder and pick out the critters I wanted. I stopped doing that and now the mags just sit and I don't really use the material from them.

I've been known to photocopy stuff in the past.

However, nowadays I just prepped an excel spreadsheet with my favorite articles, though the one I have going now only has issues since 301. I put in issue number, article title, keywords, description, and author. Then I just use the autofilter to pick out articles that I want to use. So, for example, if I want every article on illithids, I plug that into the filter and get a list to pull from like:

308 Armed to the Tentacle: The Illithid Arsenal Feature Magic, Illithid Weapons and symbionts of Illithids
313 Brain Power Feature Magic, Illithid, Psionics, Feats, Prestige Classes Magic/Psionic mixing feats and Mind Mage class

Would you be willing to post this tool? If I read it right, it's just an index with no content, which I believe is legal. I've got all the issues going back to around 285, and I would love to search on an idea (like, Prestige Classes), get a list, and drag that stack out of the closet and browse through them. Anyway, it would be cool to have if possible. I'm even willing to add content and help out.
