How do you spice up your orcs?

In my campaign, several orc tribes have rallied under the banner of an Orc that was taught at a human War Academy. When the orcs came under attack by an undead army, he managed to gather the clans and accept him as a leader. Instead of attacking the undead directly, he has moved to attack human settlements. He used knowledge gained during his time with the humans to steal valuable magical items and siege weapons. One of the most important gains might be 12 inactive Warforged that he managed to reactivate (no one knows how he did that yet.) He attacked a fortress that was controlled by a "ghoul dynasty" - essentially the leader of a noble family turned into a ghoul and eventually the entire population in his castle was either eaten or turned ghoul. He wants to use this base to stage further strikes.

His exact intentions are not known to most people, but one of his goals is to involve the undead army into a fight against all the human/non-orc settlements in the area (that he mostly bypasssed with his own army) and use this to strike out again. He knows he needs time to find a way to counter the opposing sites Blood Magic Ritual that enables the many undead he could create. The non-orc settlements will serve as a great buffer for that. He is less enthuasistic about the idea of direct cooperation. He doesn't trust the humans, he doubts the humans will trust thim, and his people might have trouble with that, too.

Not to mention that if his plan succeeds, he needs the undead army to kick the crap out of the others, because otherwise as soon as the undead are gone, the non-orcs will want to smash him for what he did to them.

As a side note, I think that's a really cool setup/plot.
