The Tao of Eladrin for me. Mainly because of the phrase "for fun," which is at the heart of gaming. Small changes are the way to go because it allows creativity and heightens effect while maintaining the structure of the game.

Oh, the one exception to my generally conservative stance is I feel free to chuck rules that sound like total bollocks out on their ear.

Like wild shaping druids who turn into bats without echolocation.
