How is Improved Many Shot better than Many Shot?

Re: Hijacked!

So what you are saying is, that a 40th level fighter would get 10 arrows a shot with Improved Manyshot?

What Crothian said.

<THIS IS MY THREAD DAMMIT!>

gulp...sorry about that. :D Anyways, I dig Improved Manyshot. It's one of those feats that helps keep you on the move, since you can fire off multiple arrows with a standard action, which leaves you a full move left over if you need it. It would also be quite handy when you're slowed, since you can still let loose arrow hell. :)

You seem to be saying that a lot lately. :D

Now, the big question is do I take Farshot and go to Deepwood Sniper, or do I take Manyshot for my Ranger? :)

And the best part is that you look COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS which always helps add to the humiliation factor of the enemies you defeat.

Who says his enemies won't make him taste the cold hard steel of their triple bladed sword of launching? Uh make that a mercurial double triple bladed sword of lauching and leprechaun dancing, and a baby of returning as a back up. Some of the stuff that people buy into here.... Jet Li would be taking a step back to say, "Whoa, man. I'm all for 'over the top', but at some point we've got to consider believability."

How about 3 levels of rogue, 4 fighter, 2 deepwood, a few Order of the Bow Intiate, and go back and forth in the prestige classes. Using a bow in melee with no AOO is sweet. Not sure how, but tossing in a few levels of Arcane Archer would be sweet as well. :)

I am gonna make this char in PCGEN and see how he looks around 13th or so...

Because that is not the character I'm playing. Keeping the concept of the orginal character is more important to me then just taking trying to make the best bowman in all the land. For me, that's boring. :(
