No, not those. I assumed you had those <grin>. I'm talking about the AD&D Player Packs.
Here's the blurb from page 15 of the 1994 TSR Catalog:
"For beginning players, the AD&D Player Packs present the ideal "all-in-one" package for their first AD&D game accessory purchase. The Fighter's, Wizard's, Thief's and Priest's Player Packs feature sleek, easy-to-carry plastic carrying cases filled with introductory AD&D accessories that make the game more enjoyable and make an impression on fellow players. Each case contains a Fighter's, Wizard's, Thief's, or Priest's Screen, three lead-free metal miniatures for the player's heroes, painting guides, an instruction book, seven dice, Character Record Sheets, a pencil, and more. Additionally, the case is sized to hold rulebooks and other game materials players will acquire over time."
Come to think of it, I've never actually seen one of these, so it is possible they were never released...
