How many attacks can a fighter have with all the TWP feats from the core rules? Say, the fighter has two bastard swords, and a BAB of +12 and a normal attack bonus of +25 counting all other bonuses and has all the TWP feats from the PHB. What are his attacks at and what will they be at BAB +20?

Should be 8 with just the three core books.

4 total from BAB (16) and 3 from TWF (all three feats), plus one from haste (or speed weapon).

Ok, then you could alter self into a form with a natural bite attack and get that in addition, but I guess that's not, what you are looking for. :D

+21/+16/+11 with one, +21/+16/+11 with the other.

At BAB +20, he'll be doing +29/+24/+19/+14 with one, and +29/+24/+19 with his off-hand.

Using Core books? At BAB +12, the character could have Greater Two Weapon fighting, which grants a third offhand attack. So, three primary + three secondary.

Using two bastard swords will incur a higher penalty for the offhand and attack sequence would look like this: +10p/+8s/+5p/+3s/+0p/-2s before other modifiers are applied. (Or Primary: +10/+5/+0 Secondary: +8/+3/-2, if you prefer.)

At BAB +20, the sequence changes to +18p/+16s/+13p/+11s/+8p/+6s/+3p. (Or Primary: +18/+13/+8/+3 Secondary: +16/+11/+6) Again, before all other bonuses are added.

Yes it does! It's right there on page 160. Even though that is not what I read. Huh, that will teach me to post when my blood sugar is low.

No, you don't. You have to use a light weapon to have the best benefits, but you can use anything up to and including a one-handed exotic in that off hand.

Or a lance, if you're mounted :)
