Three, currently:
- C&C group in Yggsburgh.
- C&C group in the Wilderlands.
- Holmes/OD&D group in the Wilderlands.

(There's some player crossover between the groups, but they're still three separate groups.)

For "gaming groups," four or more. However, that includes board games, Star Wars Minis and Magic: the Gathering.

For just RPGs, I'd have to say one as of a month ago, since the two games I'm in currently (one as a GM, the other as a player) are both unusually limited for our circle and involve mostly the same people - the GM of each being a player in the other, and the three other main GMs in the circle being three of the other players.

As of a month ago, it would have been two.

Limiting things specifically to D&D, 3 or 4 depending on how you count, but there's a lot of cross pollination in who plays in each group.

If we expand to 'all gaming' I would certainly add my WoW guild as a 'group' as I play with them as much as anyone, and the group I play DDM with on Thursdays should probably count too.

You WoW? Well... you're still ok in my book. Mostly on the strength of FOUR D&D groups? Man...

I have one large gaming circle of 8 guys who have all shared in various campaigns over the past 10 years. We live 90 minutes-ish apart. We have 3 games going:

I DM: every other week, but on hold as a player, and our host, is moving. This may change to add in 2-3 new guys who would be totally new. 3/4 members are in the circle.

I play: every month, all members are part of the circle.

I play: every 2-4 months, all members are part of circle. DM just moved a plane flight away, so we're slowing down.

I play: a lot of DDM in the Bay Area and Sac

Put 2, but it should have been 3.

2 alternating, bi-weekly (I hope that means every 2 weeks) groups, and one other group with which I play about once every month and a half.

Yup. Semi-weekly would mean twice a week (not usually used in that context, semi-monthly is more common).

Well, I actually put myself down for 3, since there's so much overlap.

campaign 1 has players A, B, C, D, E, and F (DM = A)
campaign 2 has players A, B, F, G, H, and I (DM = G)
campaign 3 has players A, B, E, G, H, I, and J (DM = A)
campaign 4 has players A, C, E, F, I, and K (DM = I)

A is me.

Of these, #1 is supposed to meet every week but is more like once every other week, and the others are once a month or less currently (though #2 was once as often as 3 times a month or so).
