How many female gamers in your group?

My current group is 2:2.

My larger group folded recently, but was comprised of 4 women and 4 men, including the male DM (me).

I'm not sure how to classify one of our members. (s)He's going in for surgery next month to complete the transgender process. So legally he's still a guy, although we refer to her as a she.

Old School game: 1 woman, my wife. I asked the other guys about it before inviting her. They all thought it would be cool. Of course, they knew her beforehand, as we play at my house.

3.5 game: Me and two other guys.

1E game: Me and 4-6 other guys, depending on schedules

RPGA LG: All guys.

My two semi-regular groups (Barsoom and Kung-Fu Angels) total seven people, of which five are women. Add the Dead Man's Chest crew and it becomes a total of eight people, five women and three men.

Bi-Weekly D&D game: 5 players, 3 are female.

Currently 3 women (including my wife, my oldest son's fiancee, and one of the guys' ex-wives), 4 guys (including my two sons), and one male-presenting IS.

Current group = 6 guys. In my 25 years of playing D&D, I've only had one female (my ex-wife) who played -- and she did so very rarely.

My large group has three women and five guys. My smaller group is just four guys.

I DM for three different groups, so my poll response reflects the group that meets the most often. My wife plays in all three groups, so we always have at least one woman.

Group 1: 8 players (plus me), 3 women.

Group 2: 3 players (plus me), 1 woman.

Group 3: 6 players (plus me), 2 women.

And, I play RPGA games online with a loose-knit group of several dozen players; probably 1/3 of those players are women.

In 22 years of gaming, I've almost always had at least one woman (and often more) in my gaming groups. If nothing else, it keeps the guys from completely going into the gutter sometimes.
