D&D 5E (2014) How many gamers ACTUALLY play in AL?

I have no patience for it. Months and months ago, Wizkids "upgraded" their website and I haven't been able to log in since. I can't access my old stuff, it won't let me make a new login (I'd do that, because I don't care about the old 4e stuff), so screw it and screw them. I feel bad, because I'm told it has a negative impact on my FLGS's hosting of Encounters if the DM can't submit numbers for the players. But I simply can't be arsed to fight with the Wizards website.

Are you talking about Wizkids the company or trying to talk about the Wizards site?

The Wizards forums no longer exist but your account can/is tied to your DCI Number and can easily enough be recovered to allow you access. You just have to contact Customer Service.

And the store you play/run at should have access to the Wizards Event Reporting software and that is where they order and report the adventures.

It is not as difficult as you are trying to make it out.

The Wizards site, where you log in to manage your DCI account. Haven't been able to access it for what seems like years. Customer Service can only tell me that the email address I have on file is indeed on file. Asking their system to generate a new password never has any effect.

It's not difficult. Neither am I a Luddite. That's why I blame them. Something went "ping" in an upgrade they did a long time ago, and my account suffered some malady. They can't repair the error. Hell, I told them to just delete everything attached to my email address, so I could start over, and they couldn't do that, because...you guessed it, I have to log in with my password. IF I COULD DO THAT, I WOULDN'T BE TALKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU CRETINS.

Can you see why I decided to just give up? ;-) It's not worth my time.

you don't need to login to play AL. In fact there is nothing there to check anyways, they took the stats down sometime during the living forgotten realms era.

I didn't think I needed to log in to play, but I thought there was a PC management setup like Paizo has for PF. Oh, well. Now I'm even less inclined to give a crap.
