How many games are you in?

Just one as a player for now; I don't think I've ever had more than four going on at once (with one as a DM).

I'm running 2 and in the process of starting up 1 other, and playing in 5.

If I had the time I'd probably be running about another 5 games, as I have far to many ideas for various games (i.e. Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil, Castle Maure series, Greyhawk Istivin Campaign Arc, various on off adventures including Lich Queens Beloved, as well as numerious monster themed adventures [Yuan-Ti, Giants, Githyanki, Mind Flayers])

Running:

- Star Wars Out of the Frying Pan. You could count that as two to three, since the players have split up temporarily...

- I'm also running a Serenity Facing the Black campaign elsewhere.

I play in:

- The Shaman's Wing and Sword D20 Modern game
- LEW Immortality Awakens

There was a World of Warcraft game starting up, but it fell before it got off the ground.

If I had more time, I'd play in LEB and Living Supers, but I think Living Supers isn't around anymore...

Playing 2 LEW + 1 LEB + 2 Isida = 5

You forgot the Darksun game.

I'm running 3 (One LS, 2 LEW), and playing 18 (and waiting on 2 more) (3 LEW, 2 LS, 1 LEB, 1 DS, 3+1 NSJ, 1+1 Isida, 1 Eth, 3 Eberron, 1 Core, 1 KoD, 1 Met).

My LS game is winding down, and I'll probably not replace running it for a while, and if any other non-living games go down, I'm unlikely to pick up more. I'm enjoying the Living games a lot for the most part, which means I'm getting more picky about my non-living games.
