Option B is very Gygaxian AD&D (1E). Go back and read some of those 1E Monster Manual entries.

to distinguish 1st and 2ed it would have to be a full page spread with similar information,
instead of the single sentance of 1st. I did ommit the ecology note about what was found in the orcs stomach, and the price for selling its young (also ommited for good taste)because that sort of thing was found in 1e as well, just less frequently.
If anyone wants to take a stab at a better 2ed reference be my guest.

I don't know enough about 4e spacing rules to tell if 4 orc drudges can fit in the same room as a pie, without one of them carrying it. in 3rd one would have to be squeezing (I think)
I am looking forward to finding out how 4e does it.
It could be a single bloodrager, but that is against the 4e encounter design principles.

The orc is actually Monte Cook in disguise and he cheated and ate the inside of the pie while putting the top back on some rocks. Roll initiative
