Easily more than 50 if you count physical products, I have a wall of shelves that is about 4m (12') wide and 2.5m high full of games. If you count PDF, well, it is ton more... well would be a ton if electrons weighed anything appreciable!

I was curious and went and counted, 83 if you think of 0,1,2,3,4E DnD as dif games.

Well, let's see.

D&D 3.5 (and 3.0)
CoC d20
BSG
Cortex generic

...

A few others that I don't know if I'd count. Trailblazer. Wushu (can you own something free?).

I don't have enough time to do as much as I want with one system, let alone more than one.

Easily over 70 individual RPG's. 1,000's of books, modules, and magazines.

I have also played over 50 of them for at least 12 hours worth of gaming. Add one shots and convention games and I have played nearly every RPG I own.

I'm in the mid 30s somewhere, but most of them were purchased for conversion purposes (I have full runs of V&V, Gurps Supers, M&M 1st and 2nd ed, Brave New World, Aberrant and another 4 or 5 superhero games just for characters to adapt to Champions). And a number of main rules and spell supplements that I used for similar ideas for conversion into my Fantasy Hero game.

The list of games I own that I have actually played more than 3 sessions is much smaller -
D&D almost every edition,
Gamma World
D20 Modern
Hero
Rolemaster
Spacemaster
Mythus/Dangerous Journeys
Dresden Files

Obviously I like Crunchy games - with Dresden Files being the lone exception

I was a 49 from a quick(ish) count around the bookshelves - then I remembered Ghostbusters is "somewhere safe" after seeing someone else's list. That counts Cthulhu Dark Ages, Cthulhu: Invictus even Delta Green (etc.) as one game even though I feel they are more like different games compared to the various D&D settings within one game - of many editions.

I'm in the 50+ club. In a sense, it is a bit of a shame. It isn't like I have time to *play* all these games. Sure, some of them are things I used to play, and have finished with, but others are things I picked up along the way and never had a chance to explore. Bit wasteful, that. Not that I'm now looking to get rid of them, but just noting the potential never realized...

Dresden Files
HERO (4e, 5e, 6e)
