R.A. Salvatore was always great in describing the feints and maneuvers during battles in his Drizzt series. If you're up for it, check out The Legacy and Starless Night and look at how he describes the feints in the battles between Drizzt and Artemis and Drizzt and Dantrag. Some of them are very clever, and they are all varied. In particular, he makes sure his characters are aware of certain bluffs so that when attempted a second time, the opponent usually has a counter.
Picking nits... I'm pretty sure feint is a standard, not full-round, action. You can move during a turn in which you feinted, and I believe a hasted combatant can feint and attack in the same round.
