How much concern do you have with PC death?

How annoying/bothersome/problematic for you as a DM is it for a PC to die?

Much concren, it derails plots somthin awful and the newer players don't take it well. I don't fudge dice to avoid killing, but if I can think of a reason the Baddie would avoid killing a PC then that will happen instead. In 10 sessions of a new campaign 2 charcters died in one night - none the rest of the time.
Of course when the party got lucky and killed the Aboleth Mastermind, the first time they fought him directly it derailed more plots - all to the players advantage. They don't have anyone doging their steps and setting traps and ambushes, at least until the Aboleth's henchman is freed.
 


I have very little concern, mainly because my experience has taught that it happens for so many different reasons that I cannot effectively deal with it. So I roll with it. :D
