How old is our gaming population of EN World?

I'm 31 for another.. 5 1/2 months, yay me! And I've been playing since... ermm.. 1970-something. (The memory starts to go at our age, ya see)

My Significant Other turns 40 this year, but she's only technically been gaming for under a decade (and only *really* gaming for less than a year). And the kids are too durned young, yet!

edit: oh yeah, been gaming since 1979. Blue Box edition of the Dungeons & Dragons Basic Rules (which still looked like AD&D instead of Basic D&D Red Box edition, which is still my fave).

29 until September, then I hit 30. I keep wondering if I'll finally feel like an adult. I doubt it.

I've been gaming for about 8 years, but didn't start D&D until about 5 years ago.

started playing when I was but a wee lad...actually the first book I actually read/owned was a DnD players handbook...didn't really understand it at the time...but it fascinated me

Good thing that this poll doesn't represent the Gaming Population at large...or we'd really be in trouble. You people are aging and ignoring the fact that this gaming community has to thrive! Teach the game to younger players or we shall die!...or don't.
