How old is your gaming group

By "group" I assume you mean "the same core people who game together on a regular basis regardless what campaign or system they might be playing".

On that basis the core group I'm in have been at it for 30 years as of this coming April, running various different campaigns (mine are in my sig.) using the same 1e-homebrew system. Which means in May my answer will tick up to the next option... :)

A secondary group with lots of personnel overlap that plays 3.xe hits its 10-year point in about 3 weeks.

I have three groups currently active - all of them less than a year old. Of course, I started playing D&D less than a year ago! My first game was March 7, 2010, and we're still playing with that same group (we tried Gamma World today). So, I'm getting close to the one-year mark!

My current group (4e) is a little over 2 years old but I have been gaming with two of its members since 2e (15 years and 20 years respectively).

The latter of the two is now my wife. :)

I voted my face to face group which ahs been going about 16 years now, or maybe 18. My yahoogroups games are varied, the longest 10 years and th shortest getting state right now.

I selected 1-5 years, but that is not quite true.

My current gaming group consists of me, two of my friends and my girlfriend. Me and my two friends first gamed together about 14 years ago. My girlfriend just recently. Me and my friends took a long hiatus from gaming with each other, about 6 years. We started back up about 4 years ago doing PBP. We wanted to create a new world to game in that we would all like. They didn't really get into the PBP game as much as I would have liked, so after 3 years of PBP, they had both stopped and finally, me and the rest of the group called it quits as well. In October we decided to make the switch to Table Top and have played every week since, most weeks multiple times. We started with a new world, directly after a cataclysm that left the world with no cities, towns or villages over a few hundred in population. We have progressed the campaign 4 years since the cataclysm, and in about another month or real time game play, the characters will have reached the paragon tier. It has been quite enjoyable. The rule for the campaign world is: Nothing has been created for the world until it is used in game play. There is now multiple campaigns going on with three different DMs.

I added in 21-24 years. It's out of order, but it's now up there!

My current group former in '91 or '92. I've been lucky - we've had no turnover whatsoever in the past seven or eight years.
