Somewhat open, for a couple of reasons. Most systems are going to be tied to a setting, and the setting has to be appealing for me to want to try the game. Also, in the past few years I've leaned towards not wanting to invest in a very crunchy game, either as a player or GM. Too many other demands on my time to give to learning a complex new ruleset.
Honestly, I am kind of settings driven. I might try a new sci fi Rpg but first what is the setting like? Oh, that horror Rpg sounds interesting, what is the setting like? Etc
In theory, I'm open. In practice, I find it hard to believe that another system is going to do for me what Dungeon Crawl Classics does, so I'm unlikely to switch.
As I mentioned in the similar thread, the problem for me is that right now I'm comfortable with D&D2024. I'm in my 50's and I don't get to game as much as I used to, and so I just want to focus on one system that I enjoy.
