Yes, it's perfect for Cyberpunk 2020 but I'm struck by the lack of relevance to D&D! Unless you care why the 3rd mook on the right does the bad things he does.

Applying it to D&D, I guess the point is that most people are basically Neutral and tend to go with the flow. People born into an evil society aren't generally more genetically evil than people born into a good society, they're just raised to be bad. I guess this is one reason the Driz'zt Do'Udern character always rang so false to me - his Good alignment seems to come out of nowhere; fair enough he's a freak, like a serial killer in our own societies - but his easy & immediate rejection of all Drow societal norms in the Dark Elf Trilogy just wasn't credible to me.
