How to do touch SLA at a distance?

Hey there everyone, I was looking for a way to use a spell-like ability that has a range of touch at a distance. I looked at spectral hand, but that specifically only applies to spells, not SLAs. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I might accomplish this.

I'm looking to get my warlock this ability in order to have a better reason to take the Devour Magic invocation. I like the idea of unlimited greater dispel magic (even if targetted) but NOT the idea of getting into melee range. :/ So if anyone has any ideas or can cite any rules that would help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

As written I thing that SLA should work with Spectral hand.

Usually, a spell-like ability works just like the spell of that name.....

Or you can create a feat like Quicken SLA, naming it Reach SLA, I'm thinking that I read something like this somewhere.
