How to get Bardic Knowledge...

I'm trying to find all the different ways one could pick up the "Bardic Knowledge" class ability for their characters.

Here are a few of the obvious ones:

1. Be a Bard.
2. Be a Cloistered Cleric from Unearthed Arcana
3. The Loremaster PrC


Does anyone know any other ways? Other PrCs? Alternate classes or class features? I'm interested in making an NPC with that particular ability but none of the other features of the above options fit the style.

I suppose, to help, the concept is.. well, I'm trying to make a gnomish equivalent to P.T. Barnum - it's an NPC for the characters to interact/get their cues from so I was originally thinking in terms of Expert, but PC classes work too.

The Yakuza prestige class in Oriental Adventures. The Harper Scout prestige class in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting. And I think there were a few PrCs with it in Magic of Faerun, Lords of Darkness, or other splatbooks, but I don't feel like looking through all of them right now myself.
