How to prize Magic Item that grants a feat?

Well, it's certainly risky.

"Ooops, my Helm of Leadership just got sundered! Faithful henchman, attack that varlet who did it!"

"Screw you, boss...I just realized how bad you smell. I'm going home."

Yeah, reminds me of the KoDT where the henchmen took over the group's infinite bag of holding and kept all their stuff.

One question.

If you have an item that grants you an Feat would that feat count for the prerequisites for an class?
For example if a Cleric would need greater Turning for a PRC and he would get an Vestment that would grant the Feat could he then take the class?

Yes, although doing so carries obvious risk (in losing the item).

...I couldn´t find the rules for creating a magic item that grants a feat, but such items exist (Ring of Evasion for example).

Just to chime in, evasion isn't a feat, it is an ability.

If evasion were a feat, all my PCs would have it.
