Talk to your player's about the problems you have with their playing style, listen to what their needs and wants are for your DMing style, try to find some happy middle ground for everybody. It won't fix itself overnight, but in time if everyone is there to enjoy the game then it should. If it doesn't find new players, they are everywhere. I suggest talking to your players to find out what they are looking for in a game even if you are not having any problems with the game at all. It is the responsibility of everyone in the gaming group to try to make it enjoyable for everyone, but as a DM you must carry a larger amount of that responsibility. If you can't find new players (I don't know why you couldn't, trust me I found dozens of players when I moved to this part of the world and I don't speak the language) then adjust your style to fit the player's needs and slowly over time make small changes to adjust things to your needs.
