Human Only Game Worlds

I'm looking for stuff to convert to my Conan campaign. Are there any game worlds out there (with adventures) that feature a human only game universe? Although preferable, it doesn't have to use d20 rules.

You know, games worlds like Game of Thrones or Thieves World.

Suggestions?

Lankhmar is pretty much human only, and was published for 2Ed.

I guess your not counting intelligent monsters as races other than human. What about giants, trolls, hobgoblins, and dragons, do they count as races?

I suppose you could use any of the historical game supplements. Do you want to play in Ancient Rome or Ancient Greece? How about A Mighty Fortress? There is Crusades era gaming. Most historical supplements have low levels of magic and no monsters.

You should be able to make any system a Humans only campaign system. Even D&D...just tell your players it is humans only. If you use D&D hen you have the non magical beast if you want as well.

Absolutely I can. I'm looking for the least amount of work, though. Sometimes, with D&D, I might as well write my own scenarios (and I do that, as well) with the work it takes to replace the gelatinous cube, the magic mouth doorway, the orcs, the goblins, the ogre, and the kobolds.

I'm looking for easy translations to Conan's Hyborian Age.

Wasn’t there a D20 Conan RPG? I know there was for Slaine.

Was Conan really humans only? I seem to recall from the movies that there were some monsters in it.

Conan only had humans as the main sentient race. There were monsters & such, but they were all unique or super rare in some way. It wasn’t like there were elvish enclaves and the like.

Conan would run up against man-apes from the past, or near-humans from some dark lonely age, but there are no nations of demi-humans. It's all human. Conan's world is supposed to be the real world--forgotten history--some 10,000 years ago.

This is, of course, sorcery, demons, and other creatures fantastic.
