Human preserverance racial feat

It could be a feat that grants a +2 bonus on Death and Dying rolls. Instead of a 45%/50%/5% chance of getting worse/not changing/recovering it is a 35%/50%/15% chance.

Dramatic recovery makes me think of shrugging off effects that call for a saving throw, like petrification and such. Maybe the feat gives them a +1 or +2 bonus on saving throws?

I think it's way too cool. Remember Pit Fiend has +2 and he is a 26 level guy.

More notably, he's an Elite. I would expect Elites, and even moreso Solos, to be fairly resilient to continuing effects. Some of them do go beyond causing damage, I believe, so you probably really don't want them to go down from a lucky Sleep or whatever. So, yeah, my theory is that it's not so much the monster's level, as how many "slots" it takes up, that will determine whether it gets a bonus to saves or not.

I have no real opinion on how easy it would be for a PC to get them, but I'm presuming fairly difficult.
