Humanoid Dragon race!

Does anyone know any created true humanoid Dragon race, one that is not mixed, templated, done as a class or were once another race but a direct mystical (magical) born humanoid shaped dragon that is a +0 LA race?

I believe Monte Cook introduced one or two variations on that theme in his Arcana Unearthed campaign setting. One was called a Mojh IIRC.

From Arcana Evolved:

Mohj were humans who underwent a ritual to become the (assexual) Mohj.

Dracha were pretty much humanoid dragons.

From D&D:

Kobolds (specially Dragonwrought ones)

Spellscales

Both are (appropriately) from Races of the Dragon.

3rd Party Entries

IDHMBIFOM but a couple of 3rd party products spring to mind:

Atlas Games' Seven Civiizations has the Dragon Kings which come in two flavors. One of them is LA +0, I believe

Goodman Games' Complete Guide to Dragonkin has the mis-named Half Dragon as a LA +0 race.

Green Ronin's Arcana: Socieities of Magic has Drakelings with I think might be LA+1.

Which works best for you depends on what flavor you want your dragon-bloods to have.

Why does it have to not have been a previous race? Dragonborn is pretty cool, and doesn't have a LA.
