Seeten said:Personally I'd go for Dracha. They also have the option of 6 levels in "Dracha" which gives them flight, breath weapons, very very cool race, with no LA, and the ability to go 20 levels as a regular class, or to go all native and Dragon it up.

File off the serial numbers and "transformed by Bahamut" flavour and you've got a pretty good "humanoid dragon" race with three different options depending on the type of draconic feel you're going for (dark vision that improves as they gain HD; breath weapon that improves as they gain HD; or wings that let them glide and, eventually, fly as they gain HD.) All for LA +0.
