Not exactly an epitaph on a tombstone but famous last words none the less. Actually said it twice before he caught one, right in the heart if I remember correctly
 



The funniest one I have seen isn't exactly an epitaph:

It was from Dragon Magazine in the 1e days.

Here lies Betram the Unlucky

Born 1601

Died 1620, 1621, 1622, 1623 (twice), 1625, 1628 and finally 1629.
