A player tried to do some shenanigans with Mage Hand by holding a cloth in front of an enemy in order to blind them.

I said, "I don't know if that would work."

They said, "Oh, it seemed like something clever you would come up with."

How can I say no???

Well achually ; The spell reads, "...you choose whether the finished clone is the same age as the creature or younger." So, no ancient dragon here

This player is testing boundaries with his newly minted 17th level wizard. It's funny.
