Hehe, I never thought about that...high-level NPC classes, that's sort of insane. Imagine the prestige classes: Legendary Fishmonger, Pitchfork Master, Omnicient Nobleman and Super Elite City Guard. Oh, the possibilties...

Epic-level Feats that enhance skills used for things like, say, Profession (gardening) instead of Listen, Spellcraft or Tumble! :o

On a slightly more advenurous note, I really wonder what one could do with Craft (weaponsmith) +40... :p

hehehe... 41st level warrior vs. 40th level fighter:

Same CR (40)

Warrior: 14 feats
Fighter: 35 feats

Which one is going to win?

High level NPC classes don't make sense. Like if the queens seamstriss was a 20th level expert (so she can make insanely expensive clothing and know absolutly everything about what happens in the castle), but she only hangs out in the castle, why is her Base attack bonus +15 if she has never hurt a fly in her life? and why (if she has a con of 10, the standard for a normal person) does she have 63 hp average?

Ah, but Grim, she has the Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Sewing Needle! A called shot with that thing on an eye or something and you shall soon see why you have to fear the wrath of the mighty seamstress!;)
