What rules are being used/abused in this picture?

Jozan is grappling, without being grappled by the tarrasque. Does he have Giantbane? Did he max out his climb?

Did lidda likewise succeed on a grapple vs the tarrasque? Lidda is sneak attacking (maybe). Was she invisible? Or is she flanking with Tordek down below?

Tordek seems to be doing more damage than Lidda. Is he power attacking?

Why is Mialee risking a 30% chance of being hit with her own prismatic spray, for nothing?

Where is the cone? (missing 3rd dimension and missing a full 90 degree spread)

Every one of them seems to have entered the tarraque's square, but didn't big T get any AOOs? He has combat reflexes (and a dex of 16!)

Any others?

It's pretty clear the artist was massively confused.

The theme of the picture is more-or-less "Iconic adventurers are each doing their schtick, whether that makes sense or not." ...otherwise known as "Rules-schmules! I'm drawing this 'cause I think it's cool. "

Oh, and Jozan is trying to destroy a wee-little artifact known as the WAND OF ORCUS. A minor detail.

Say it with me: "To destroy the Wand of Orcus, I need to have the Tarrasque eat it. So I'm F-l-y-i-n-g, to get into a position to drop it down the Tarrasque's throat."

What? That's not how you do it using RAW? How dare you question the artist's rules knowledge!

Jozan is grappling, without being grappled by the tarrasque. Does he have Giantbane? Did he max out his climb?

Nah, he's escaping the tarrasque's grapple. Last round he was hit with the bite attack and snagged by Improved Grab. This round he succeeded on a grapple check and got free. With his second iterative attack, he threw the evil artifact into the Big T's maw. He just didn't have finish climbing all the way out before taking the second attack-- you have to be quick to take 4 attacks in 6 seconds.

She's using a custom magic item-- slippers of tarrasque climbing. (Regular slippers of spider climbing would only be useful if they were fighting a colossal spider. )

Tordek seems to be doing more damage than Lidda. Is he power attacking?

I'd say he is using an epic weapon that can penetrate DR. Lidda either has failed to penetrate DR, or is sneak attacking for deep internal damage that does not leave a big gaping wound.

Why is Mialee risking a 30% chance of being hit with her own prismatic spray, for nothing?

She's... um... swatting a mosquito?

Mialee failed the DC 58 knowledge arcana check to know anything about the tarrasque, actually.

I'll buy that Jozan is flying.
