I think I misread something about hybrid talent

Prerequisite: Hybrid character
Benefit: You gain a hybrid talent option for one of your hybrid class entries.
Special: You gain this feat at 11th level if you don’t take a paragon path. If you gain this feat twice, you can’t use it to choose an option that you already have.

Can you spend two feats and take two hybrid talent options or is the only way to get two options to not take a paragon path?

Yeah, unless a feat says you can take it multiple times, you cannot.

As Dice4Hire says, like all other feats, you can only take Hybrid Talent once. With the exception that you can take it a second time by not taking a Paragon Path.

The thing to keep in mind is that class features tend to be stronger than many single feats. Letting a Hybrid take Hybrid Talent once helps them focus their build towards one class or the other. If they could take it multiple times and mix and match class features completely? You suddenly have a lot more room for abusive combinations.
