You rolled twice and got one exactly average result (16 x 2.5 = 40) and one below average result. That doesn't suggest anything at all.
Do that 100 times and get back to us!
Dice can be skewed and still end up with average results (rolling only 1 and 6 on a d6 for example).
Chi-square looks at the result frequency. Of the 32 results, 13 were 1, 10 were 3, 5 were 4, and 4 were 2.
Like I said it is a small (though decently sized for a chi square test) sample and it needs a more thorough look.
