I’ve been building a campaign tracker/session summarizer tool (Saga20) for a while now. While processing my sessions, The transcripts and summaries revealed patterns I'd never noticed at my own table. I figured other DMs might want to see the same thing about their campaigns. This led to the introduction of Rerolled.
After running it on my own games first, the "Combat vs Roleplay" split was interesting (turns out we fight way less than we admit) but the social graph genuinely surprised me.
Two of my players have almost zero direct interactions. They talk to me, they talk to the group, but they rarely speak to each other 1-on-1. I never noticed, I'm too busy managing initiative and doing voices to track who's actually engaging with who.
It makes me wonder what else we miss while we're running the game. If you could see a transcript analysis of your last year, what's the one habit or pattern you think it would expose?
