I.C.E. Critical hit charts

okay, my players are being stupid, anyone know where I can get the critical hit charts for I.C.E, time to teach them a lesson.

Look for Rolemaster: Arms Law or MERP collecting dust on the shelves or in the bargain bin of your FLGS.

Or check eBay.

If you plan on using it for D20 you might want to take a look at Torn Asunder: Critical Hits by Bastion Press.

Yeah, Torn Asunder is well-worth looking up, but I doubt if your players will thank you for it.

Or you can rewrite them yourself pretty easily. Just assume that any simple action (talking to the mayor, laying in a field watching the clouds) runs a 10% chance of death by impaling critical. Scale up from there and be creative with your descriptions.

Look for Rolemaster Fantasy Roleplaying (I think ICE offers it as a relatively cheap PDF on their site), Rolemaster Arms Law, or 10 Million Ways to Die.

You have clearly NEVER tried to write a critical table a la Rolemaster. :\

Everyone who ever worked on RM agrees, they were easily the hardest part of the project to complete.

Much harder than it looks.
