I Dislike...

While I don't dislike 3.5, I did dislike having to make multiple rolls to succeed in something immediate. All more rolling did was to increase your chance of failure. Before both hide and move silent , would never consistently get 2 comparable rolls together. Hoping just ONE of the bad guys would suck on the same roll was one thing, hoping all of them would was rediculous. Now it's 1 Stealth vs highest Perception (Me likee )

I love me some 3.5E... and I am very impressed with what I have seen and experienced so far with 4E.

It's not especially relevant to this poll, but I expect I will also be well pleased with the new Pathfinder RPG from Paizo.

While I got tired of 3e and needed a break i don't dislike it. As for 4e it is way to soon to know if I will for sure dislike it. Right now i am leaning towards not liking it for DnD but maybe liking it as a beer and pretzels game. Kinda like Army of Darkness or Buffy, fun but nothing I would build a long term campaign around.

I thought I disliked 3e. But all the snippets I've seen of 4e make me realize 3e is a decent game after all. Feed a man dirt and he'll bitch. Offer him horse manure and he'll say "no thank you, more dirt, please."

I don't know enough about 4e to like or dislike it - the bits and pieces of information we have do not provide sufficient context for me to get an image of the whole. I'll not like or dislike it until I see the thing in full.
