Server problems - so Morrus shut down all non-vital functions for the time being. He will turn them on again one by one as soon as possible. Also, the first thing to be changed will be the 200-person limit.
You can, but you should do that in the thread on the Meta board. It's the "Announcement" at the very top of the page (since it's sticky, it won't go anywhere).
