But I'm curious about the banner in the background of the 2nd pic, it's got a picture of a wizardly looking warforged and the words "Shargon's Rage". Anybody know what that refers to?

That was the big Xen'drik Expeditions adventure for the convention (it can be run outside the big conventions, unlike the D&D Open). More info here.
