No, but it's not pleasant and could make you gag or sick. Point I was making is that tilting your head back doesn't assist in stopping your nosebleed and could only result in unecessary discomfort.

Just keeps it from running down your face. However, a little running blood just adds excitement to an otherwise dull evening. Plus, I really enjoy the reaction you get from people that can't handle blood.
