I gave Threats a pass because of the low quality NPC stat blocks. It probably is still useful, though, at least, if you're not as picky as I am.
... I thought it was pretty good for providing stock NPC's. Okay, there were some obvious mistakes but usually they weren't so big that they'd even reguire correcting, but then again, I'm pretty lenient GM
