I hope 4.5 isn't called "4.5"

They have already stated (I think it was Chris Perkins in an earlier podcast or interview - sorry neither format is easily referenced material, personal nitpick) that with DDI they plan to make the incremental changes to avoid a 4.5 release.

Sighs.

I'm really getting sick of DDi. This is about as worse as iPods. :\
