Earlier tonight I ran the second session of my new D&D Next campaign, in a new setting. It's pretty awesome so far - the system has warts, it's true, but the players are having a great time and most classes have a satisfying number of choices at low levels. Clerics and warlocks (we're including warlocks and sorcerers even though they were cut from the most recent packets) get the short end of the stick on interesting options, round-by-round, at first level, though they're both rather excellent outside of combat.
I'm enjoying what we've got right now (a melange of the 8-17, 10-8, and 10-29 packets, plus my own added Backgrounds and Specialties), and I'm thrilled to see the next packet that drops. D&D Next isn't in final-release state, but it is really interesting and already a lot better than a LOT of at-release games.
