I made up a rumour that 7e is coming!

Well, WE play 7e with the Monsters of Ars Slashica and the Dialectic of Actions book. I don't know how you HEATHENS play, but we uphold tradition and salutes are an Ironic Action like they should be!

Really, cause I use the far superior Monsters of Diaclectic Action, and the Book of Slash Arsica.

You guys are all just new***s. I use the Dead Metal, Giantomonicon and Heroes of the Unlikely Supplement rules for all my games. They have way better standard time sequences than what came in 6e.

No offence, but point buy systems for taking actions is bad. Especially since the Barbizan Barbarian can use their Unrelenting Rage and Not A Model, But Just Looks Like One to reduce the point costs for the 'Hit With Hammer Hard' action down to a fraction of other classes.

I guess if you're willing to sacrifice your roleplaying on the altar of balance, that's your choice, but the rest of us know that if a Hammer is hitting hard, it's also hitting fast, so the rules just make sense.

Seriously? SERIOUSLY?

No one is saying that Hitting with Hammer Hard is bad. It's the fact that the Barbizan makes it so that only those that look and talk like Fabio can do it well that's bad. I mean, getting an initiative bonus via wind blowing through your hair is bad enough, but saying the name Fabio giving you a surprise round?

They didn't think that through.

....

......maybe I need to design this game for real...

What, you don't get surprised when someone says Fabio? Wow, you must be really jaded or something. there's nothing wrong with the Barbizan Barbarian. He's SUPPOSED to be better than everything else. The game makes SENSE that way.

You guys have COMPLETELY misinterpreted the rules for the Pop Culture Icon paragon theme. Saying 'Fabio' STUNS male humanoid opponents, and causes female humanoid opponents to be dominated, unless they're musicians, in which case it is a FEAR attack (see section 4.6.5.3.8 subsection 12, "Revolting Actions"). I'd also note that the Zamphir Pan Flute Eidetic Destiny allows Circus Barkers to emulate this form of attack once per epi-encounter.
