I must admit, EN World has made me a better DM

The topic title says it all, for these last few years, I have lurked a lot and contributed very little. But with all the information and advice on the boards, I have become a better DM.

If this board can’t add something positive to your game, then nothing will.

Just saying thanks for imparting your vast knowledge on my tiny brain.

I would never have started to DMing if En World hasn´t been around that´s for sure. And with all the good advice, I feel that my confidence is growing each time I DMs. So thanx to you kind people out there.

I wholeheartedly agree. There's a ton of useful information here, and lots of very friendy, knowledgeable people that are some of the finest gamers i have ever met. Through the Chicago gamedays I've met DMs that I've come to idolize, and model my style with elements of their greatness. (I just hope they never come to my house and find the shrine.... )

EN World has definitely made me a better DM. I would offer that it has made me a better player too.

I could start trying to list all the ways that it has helped, but it would be a very long list.

Absolutely. Whether it's reading what other DMs are doing in their games over in Story Hour, or it's some other roleplaying discussion that gets my mind working on a new direction, I am constantly inspired here.
