I need a good word for type of monsters

I need a good word for a classification of the following

Corporeal Undead +
Elementals +
Constructs

i.e. "Those physical things that are supernaturally animated by some kind of tack-on spirit or magic"

The best I've come up with is "animates" but it's just not right. Any ideas?

Why not just "Animated"?

Imbued. Possessed. Loosely coupled. Forms. Shells. Externals. Controlled. Extrinsics.

I think Animated is the best, really.

Couple of ideas:

Infused
Enchantons
Dweomerlife

I admit I quite like Dweomerlife

Perhaps Spiritborn, since their existence is a function of an animating spirit?

Or maybe pseudo-Latinise your original idea and make them Animatae. Then you can distinguish specific types by adding a descriptor, so Animata morta - a corporeal undead, etc.

I wouldn't lump elementals in with the other two. Elementals are outsiders (technically insiders) and even though they do not enjoy the split nature of body and soul, their body and soul are one unit...they are not soulless.

For (non-living)constructs...I think constructs describes them pretty well, and undead or undying describes the other. Animates works well for them both, but not for elementals.

The Hollow
Mageborn
Empty Ones
Mindless
The Free (of what is left ambigous, mind? Soul? Consience? The burden of free will?)
Slavekin
