This might not be much help, but take a look at this guy:

He is, in fact, an elf. Problem is, I got him out of a box of random figures last year. I *think* that it's a Iron Wind Metals miniature, though.

Rolzup, you are correct that the figure has a rapier and is from Iron Wind Metals. The figure is human, which is OK for the OP, but the gender you indicated is not the one its makers intended.

I know this because its the mini for one of my wife's favorite PCs - a Human Female Fighter name Ariadni Thalassofrissie.

Not to mention the fact that the miniature is taken from the art for the Unfettered class in Monte Cook's Arcane Unearthed/Evolved.
