I started a blog!

No, it's not a gaming blog (though I have a link to EN World and my favorite gaming blog on the links page). I decided to start one that has more to do with my career and other hobbies and focuses on military technology. Though I've had one military gaming post, so it isn't zero gaming. Less gaming then, but still geeky.

To get started, I'm posting the journal from my Afghan deployment (in real time, but two years later), plus commenting on the occasional military tech piece that comes my way.

Very cool. I haven't read all the posts, but I've enjoyed the ones I've read so far.

I'm much more impressed that you filled out the "About" page. Too many blogs leave that blank and don't provide enough background material.

Glad you like it. I'm trying to post fairly regularly and with some variety -- my Afghan journal has at least six months of material posted in real time.

If anyone has any improvement suggestions I'm game -- I'm pretty new at this sort of thing. The graphic and page design bit ... well, I've got a background in usability design, but putting together something attractive is a bit beyond my expertise.
