Well, it's a game at the store--it's not like you're going over to her house or anything.
I would probably have declined, just because I remember what my high school games were like; they were fun at the time, but they'd drive me up the wall now. Most DMs at that age are fairly new to the job, and newbie DMs (of either sex) have a tendency to go on mad power trips. And I admit that I would feel weird being the only thirtysomething in a game full of teens. But I don't think you'd have automatically turned into Creepy Dude by accepting the invitation. As others have pointed out, she asked you, not the other way around.
All that said, if your instincts are telling you it's a bad idea, it's probably best to listen to them. I have in the past ignored my instincts telling me a situation was sketchy, and in most cases had cause to regret doing so. (When the police come in the window and arrest your housemates for crack dealing and check fraud, it really makes you recalibrate your sketch-o-meter.)
