I like these questions a lot. I would add:

Do you have a standard contract you use?

What is the pay structure like (half up front, etc.)?

Do you charge extra for tight deadlines?

Do you use an agent?

Without naming names, what are some of the characteristics of one of your favorite companies to work for? No pie in the sky I wish stuff, but real experience.

Creating is great when inspiration hits, but what do you do when you have a piece of artwork due and you're having trouble coming up with something?

alsih2o, on a totally unrelated topic, what ever happened with all those portraits you were doing from the photos of various enworlders.

What's up with those pictures where it looks like they don't have any skin? I'm thinking of the ones in Oathbound where everyone seems to have these muscle-like striations (and I'm not thinking muscles as in Ahnuld, I'm thinking muscles as in anatomy pictures).

Oh and Staffan - the artwork you are speaking of is a trademark style of Todd Morasch - one time Art Director and primary artist at Bastion Press. While Todd is no longer with us, he still does art from time to time; it is interesting to note that is by no means the whole of his range however - Todd has many and varied styles...
